The HR Assistant will provide comprehensive administration to Ascent HR department to ensure the overall team can provide an effective and efficient HR service to the business.
They will be required to oversee all of the AscentHR system ensuring it is accurately updated maintained and developed as business requirements change. Support the recruitment administrative activities which include the arrangements of interviews and offer paperwork.
Working closely with the HR Business Partner to deliver accurate information and data in relation to AscentHR;
Completing contract variation letters for terms and condition changes

Successful candidates will need to satisfy Ministry of Defence Security requirements and may be required to complete a medical assessment.
