Qualified Instructor (Command and Tactics)

To deliver ground based Rotary Wing (RW) Ground Training as part of the UKMFTS programme to future RW aircrew, specialising in the Command and Tactics elements. The role will be predominantly focussed on Computer Aided Instruction (CAI) classroom delivery and the Command and Tactics Trainer (CTT) and other Ground based Training Equipment (GBTE) devices as required, included will be supervision of Computer Based Training (CBT), invigilation of classroom and CBT examinations, and delivery of instruction using physical props where appropriate (i.e. training of technical subject matter). Act as part of the Exercise Directing Staff (DS) during TACEX, a drumbeat deployed exercise.
