Our People
We have 130 people, employed across a range of functions. Our instructor cadre are all ex-military pilots and instructors from all services and flying disciplines. Our large Courseware Development team combines a mixture of military Subject Matter Experts, experienced civilian and military trainers and courseware & graphic designers. Our acquisition team is predominantly staffed by people with commercial backgrounds, and all but two of our finance and commercial teams have been recruited from the civil sector. Between us we have 164, 060 flying hours, 1,194 years in aviation, 1,309 years in the military, 117 years civil service and 212 years in Private Finance Initiative (PFI) programmes. Our trainers have a combined total of 580 years instructing students.
With headquarters in Bristol, we are now training at RAF Valley, RAF Barkston Heath and RNAS Culdrose.
Simon Falla
Training Director
Simon is responsible for the safe delivery of ground and flying training instruction. The role provides the key interface with the customer at one-star level across RAF 22 Group and the MoD, and also provides the senior aircrew interface between the Company and the Customer.
